Job Responsibilities Korsklevegatan preschool consists of 5 departments and is located in a green and pleasant area with proximity to forests, several playgrounds, and public transportation. The preschool has four different outdoor spaces that provide excellent opportunities for varied and creative play. We work with inspiration from Reggio Emilia pedagogy, where the child and the learning environment are at the center. We harness children's curiosity, desire to learn, participation, and drive to explore. As educators, we are co-researchers together with the children and create, through a positive, safe, and attentive approach, learning environments where each child has the opportunity to develop based on their individual abilities. We support, challenge, and inspire children in their learning and see the value of close collaboration, where both children and adults are given the opportunity to grow and develop. You lead the educational work together with colleagues in an engaged team. Together, you plan, implement, document, and follow up on education according to the preschool's curriculum. You build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are also attentive in your interactions and show respect and consideration for others. You understand that children have different abilities and acquire knowledge in different ways. Based on that, you create a safe and developmental environment where each child has the opportunity to develop at their own pace. It is meritorious if you have experience with or knowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy, as this is an important part of our educational work. If you have experience working according to the Biskopsgården model and can use its methods to support educational work, it is meritorious but not required. You see children as competent and curious individuals and use pedagogical documentation to follow and develop their learning.
