Knallhattens förskola is a single-unit preschool in Porjus with approximately 13 children ages 1-5 years seeking a preschool teacher temporary position, with great opportunities for permanent employment. We are looking for you to work together with two other educators to develop our activities with the child at the center. At our preschool, the seasons provide rhythm, structure and security, but it is the children's questions and interests that show the way. By working in project form, being present in the children's daily lives and listening to their thoughts, we create teaching that grows from their own discoveries and needs. Sustainability is a red thread in our activities – both in how we care for our environment and in how we build relationships, learn together and make conscious choices in everyday life. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for leading and developing education based on the preschool's curriculum. You plan, implement, follow up and develop pedagogical work together with the team. The assignment includes: • Lead pedagogical work on a scientific basis and proven experience. • Create accessible and inspiring learning environments. • Document, follow up and analyze children's learning and development. • Collaborate with guardians to create good conditions for children's development and learning. • Actively contribute to the preschool's systematic quality work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Are a certified preschool teacher. • Have good knowledge of the preschool curriculum. • Have the ability to create secure relationships with children, guardians and colleagues. • Are responsible, flexible and solution-focused. • Have good collaboration skills but also enjoy taking own initiatives. It is meritorious if you have experience working with children with special needs as well as knowledge of accessible learning environments and systematic quality work.
