With us, you'll work in a multicultural preschool where language and learning are central. We focus greatly on language-developing methods through read-alouds, music, visual supports, and TAKK. Furthermore, we work to design learning environments that strengthen children's vocabulary and participation. We're now looking for you to continue driving our "language through music" project forward together with engaged colleagues. Here you'll have the opportunity to contribute to children's language development while expanding your expertise in language-developing methods, in an organization that values diversity and competence.
You'll lead the educational work together with colleagues in an engaged team. Together, you plan, implement, document, and follow up on education based on the preschool's curriculum. We believe in an approach where collaboration, responsibility, and clear communication are an integral part of everyday life.

Qualifications
We're looking for you who:
are a licensed preschool teacher
have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
have good knowledge in using digital tools in your work
You take responsibility for both your own and your team's tasks and contribute to good collaboration.
You build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are also responsive in your interactions and show respect and care for others.
You understand that children have different prerequisites and acquire knowledge in different ways. Based on that, you create a safe and developing environment where each child has the opportunity to develop at their own pace.
Meritorious:
We'd like to see that you have at least 3 years of experience in the role of preschool teacher in equivalent activities
Experience with language-developing methods and approaches in preschool
Experience in developing accessible learning environments that promote children's creativity and learning
