Description Welcome to Hagaborg Preschool! Our newly built preschool is located adjacent to Hagaborg School, near Klarälven, and offers a safe and inspiring environment for children ages 1–6 years. Responsibilities As a preschool teacher, you have pedagogical responsibility for leading instruction in accordance with the preschool curriculum (Lpfö 18, revised 2025). You plan, implement, and follow up on education with a focus on children's safety, development, and learning. You create learning environments that are safe, stimulating, and accessible to all children. An important part of the role is to document and analyze instruction as part of systematic quality work. You promote democratic values and children's rights and work for equality and inclusion. Together with colleagues and guardians, you create cohesion around children's learning and actively contribute to developing the operations. Qualifications To be considered for the position, you must be a certified preschool teacher or be awaiting your certification. We are looking for you—someone who wants to help develop the operations and who sees opportunities for improvement in daily work. You take responsibility for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction in a structured manner and have the ability to create connections between curriculum goals, children's needs, and the organization's mission. You build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues and contribute to positive teamwork.
