We are now seeking a substitute preschool teacher for Kronoparken 1 Preschool until June 30, 2027. Kronoparken 1 is an intercultural preschool where many exciting encounters take place. The preschool has six departments and a large shared outdoor play area. The preschool is centrally located at Kronoparken, approximately seven kilometers from Karlstad city center. You plan, implement, and follow up on education with a focus on children's safety, development, and learning. You create learning environments that are safe, stimulating, and accessible to all children. An important part of the assignment is to document and analyze instruction as part of systematic quality work. You promote democratic values and children's rights and work for equality and inclusion. Together with colleagues and guardians, you create a cohesive approach to children's learning and actively contribute to developing the operation. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a certified preschool teacher or is awaiting certification. You see opportunities in everyday situations, take your own initiative, and implement ideas into actions that contribute to children's learning, development, and well-being.
