Support each child in their individual learning process and create a safe and inclusive environment. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to create the best possible conditions for each child's learning. Participate in the organization's development work and contribute to realizing our shared vision. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is educated and licensed as a preschool teacher, and we also welcome applications from those who have started or are soon finishing preschool teacher training. As a preschool teacher, you should be responsible and have clear leadership in the child group, you have an easy time building good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. Commitment, solution focus, flexibility, innovative thinking, and a strong ability to collaborate are qualities we highly value in our work; we place great importance on personal suitability. An extract from the Police's criminal record register, which you apply for at Polisen.se, is a requirement. The certificate must be presented before employment. Gällivare municipality is an administrative municipality for Sámi, Meänkieli, and Finnish according to the national minority language law.
