Job Responsibilities At Daggkåpan Preschool, you will work as a preschool teacher in a department for children ages 1–3 years. You are well versed in the preschool's pedagogical mission and governing documents and have an important role in creating a safe, stimulating, and developmental education for the children. You plan, implement, document, and follow up on instruction based on the curriculum's goals as well as the children's needs, interests, and development. Together with your colleagues, you design learning environments that awaken children's curiosity, play, creativity, and desire to learn. As part of Daggkåpan Preschool, you actively contribute to systematic quality work through reflection, analysis, and development of the operation. We expect you to take responsibility for your role, show great commitment to children's learning and development, and want to be an active part of Daggkåpan Preschool's continued development work. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher or are awaiting your certification. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to take responsibility for your work and make decisions based on the operation's goals and needs. You strive to achieve good results and have the ability to maintain focus even when the pace is high or the challenges are complex. In interaction with colleagues, you contribute to open and respectful collaboration where different perspectives are valued.
