This is our vision that we always keep in mind in our work. The preschool in Gagnef is characterized by closeness and a secure organization. We have collaborative goal work and structured professional development; we are currently conducting training for all educators in the preschool where we work with the joy of movement.
We regularly conduct CPR, ICDP, and TAKK training for all staff. The preschool in Gagnef has two special educators and two pedagogical supervisors. All our permanent employees are provided work clothes for both indoor and outdoor use.
In our municipality, the preschool is divided into two geographic areas, western and eastern. We are now seeking a preschool teacher for the western area and Bäsna Preschool.
Western: Björbo, Dala-Floda, Mockfjärd, Bäsna
Eastern: Kyrkbyn, Djurmo, Djurås
Responsibilities
As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for creating a positive and creative learning environment so that children feel curiosity and desire to learn. You lay the foundation for lifelong learning. You contribute to creating a comprehensive approach to children's learning through play, creativity, participation, and interaction, together with colleagues.
You plan, implement, follow up, and evaluate education together with colleagues based on the preschool curriculum. Collaboration with parents is an important part of the work.
Qualifications
As a person, you are proactive and work well with others. You have good pedagogical insight and the ability to take a holistic view. You readily bring ideas and new approaches, and you are calm and able to handle pressured situations.
We are seeking a certified preschool teacher, preferably with experience working in preschool. You have knowledge of the preschool curriculum. The work includes documentation, so basic IT skills and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing are necessary.
It is an advantage to have training in TAKK, ICDP, NTA, and Läslyft. Knowledge in outdoor pedagogy, understanding of the importance of learning environments for children's development, drama, music, and gender perspectives are also advantageous.
Terms
100% permanent position with start date by agreement.
Before employment, a valid extract from the Police Authority's criminal record and suspicion register must be presented. The positions are filled provided that required decisions are made.
