Aprilgatan 2B is a preschool with six departments and three age groups: 1–2 years, 3–4 years, and 5–6 years. We have inspiring ateliers, two dining areas, a shared courtyard, newly renovated staff spaces, and a carefully designed outdoor environment with different zones for play, exploration, and learning. Our pedagogical work is grounded in the Reggio Emilia philosophy and a project-based approach where children's thoughts, interests, and questions form the basis of teaching. We also focus greatly on our outdoor environments to create learning environments that inspire play, exploration, and learning, both outdoors and indoors. We also work according to our five T's and strive for learning environments that are safe, clear, permissive, appealing, and accessible. You lead the pedagogical work together with colleagues in an engaged work team. Together, you plan, implement, document, and follow up on education according to the preschool's curriculum. You build trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are also attentive in your interactions and show respect and care for others. You understand that children have different conditions and acquire knowledge in different ways. Meritorious: Experience working according to the Reggio Emilia philosophy, preferably with a project-based approach and pedagogical documentation. Pedagogista or atelier educator competence.
