JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Licensed preschool teacher with good knowledge of the content of the preschool curriculum. In your pedagogical work, you start from the children's own conditions. You are experienced in working with themed approaches based on children's interests. You use pedagogical documentation as a valuable tool to develop the activities and as part of the systematic quality work to run the operations according to the curriculum. You enjoy reflecting together with your colleagues and with the children to learn and develop together. You feel comfortable working with digital tools together with the children and colleagues. We also see that you have a driver's license. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed preschool teacher You are trained as a preschool teacher and have a good understanding of the preschool curriculum. We are looking for someone who independently seeks new challenges, makes things happen, and initiates activities and projects. We are looking for someone who is good at creating and strengthening collaborations internally and externally, as well as building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. We are looking for someone who is communicative and clear. You have the ability to listen actively to understand others' perspectives and to give and receive constructive feedback. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-08-01, end date: 2027-07-31. Work hours: Daytime.
