What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is a certified preschool teacher and has a strong ability to implement the curriculum in daily operations. You have a secure and attentive approach, are relationship-building, and work with an inclusive and norm-aware perspective. You use language as a pedagogical tool, actively participate in play and instruction, and have the ability to create daily structures that support children's development and learning. You work together with your work team, are reflective, document your work, and contribute to a professional and learning culture.
