What We're Looking For We are looking for you as a certified preschool teacher with a strong ability to implement the curriculum in daily activities. You have a safe and attentive demeanor, are relationship-building, and work with an inclusive and norm-conscious approach. You use language as a pedagogical tool, actively participate in play and instruction, and have the ability to create daily structures that support children's development and learning. You work together with your team, are reflective, documenting, and contribute to a professional learning culture.
