About the Program
Strandkullens Preschool is seeking a preschool teacher who wants to be part of meeting today's and tomorrow's learning for our children together in our team.
Strandkullens Preschool has a Health and Lifestyle profile. We work with joy of movement as part of our instruction. The facilities are designed based on the National School Board's recommendations regarding group size. Here you work in pairs that form a team together with colleagues.

Responsibilities
Your role as a preschool teacher is to work together with the team to create the best conditions for children's development and learning.
You, together with your colleagues, drive the preschool's development forward through collegial learning. You are responsible for instruction and for documenting, following up, and analyzing children's learning and development. You actively work to promote children's ability to participate and exercise influence over their education by listening to children's views, opinions, and needs.
You have pedagogical development time scheduled into your calendar where there is time for reflection in the work team, collegial learning, and individual planning.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has preschool teacher certification and a great sense of curiosity to be able to give our children the best possible pedagogical start in lifelong learning. We want to take advantage of each other's differences to learn more together and see collaboration as natural for organizing the day so that competencies are utilized in the best way.
We look forward to meeting you who find it easy to collaborate while being able to work independently. It is important that you enjoy taking personal responsibility, want to develop, and help drive the program forward in accordance with the curriculum and applicable guidelines. You have a positive outlook, a reflective approach to work, and work with curious respect for children, their independence, and their influence. To create trusting relationships, it is important that everyone here has an engaged and positive attitude toward all people we meet at the preschool.
