JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to help create the best conditions for children's learning and development? We are now seeking an engaged and certified preschool teacher with special education expertise for an exciting shared position where you work 50% in preschool (with special education assignment) and 50% in family center activities. The catchment area for the position is within Järpen/Kall, where the family center is located in Järpen. The position offers a unique opportunity to combine the pedagogical assignment in preschool with preventive and developmental work with children and families. Preschool (50%) • Plan, implement, document, and evaluate education based on the curriculum and the needs of the child group. • Responsible for child health meetings together with the principal • Create a safe, developmental, and inspiring learning environment for the children. • Collaborate with guardians and colleagues to promote children's development and learning. Family Center (50%) • Participate in the family center's open activities for children and parents. • Plan and implement activities that stimulate children's development and learning. • Contribute to creating meeting places that promote participation, security, and community. • Collaborate with the family center's various professions and actors to provide support to children and families. It is meritorious if you have a special education degree, have started special education training, or have taken special education courses. We seek someone who works according to a clear process, organizes and plans their work well, completes what they start, and meets deadlines. Takes active initiative in social settings, steps forward, and has an easy time creating new relationships. Adapts and finds win-win solutions through a pragmatic focus on the common goal. Sets goals for yourself and works continuously and ambitiously to achieve these goals. You quickly find solutions to problems that arise. Employment Type: Permanent position.
