Barsebäck Montessori is an established preschool with a strong focus on Montessori pedagogy. Located in the beautiful natural setting of Barsebäck, we offer an inspiring learning environment where children's independence and natural curiosity are at the center. We have a stable operation with approximately 100 children distributed across six groups: three younger children's groups and three older children's groups. This structure enables close collaboration within work teams and high quality in teaching. Our classrooms are adapted to the children's age and developmental level, where Montessori materials and the prepared environment are at the core of instruction. You have an easy time building relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues while maintaining professionalism. You contribute to children's learning by bringing enthusiasm, energy, and passion to your work. You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances, and you can handle situations in a calm and stable manner. Since we are a Montessori preschool, we place great value on our pedagogy and our Montessori pedagogical environment. We would be happy to see that you have training in Montessori pedagogy. As a preschool teacher at Barsebäck Montessori, you need to be calm, positive, and engaged, and have a strong belief in the child's own capacity and learning. The position begins with a 6-month probationary period. Employment level 80-100%.
