WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU, an engaged and curious licensed preschool teacher. You should be well familiar with the preschool curriculum. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for the pedagogical work and creating conditions for enjoyable learning based on the preschool curriculum. You are responsible for driving your work team's efforts toward the goals. You have the desire to try and develop new working methods as well as the ability to engage children in educational and creative activities in collaboration with your team and in dialogue with parents.
We are looking for a preschool teacher with the mindset that a child can succeed if given the opportunity. Our work is characterized by a clear respect for the individual as well as good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. We work to create a safe, enjoyable, and educational experience for our children, where we offer them an exciting and creative environment.
We see the outdoor environment as an important resource, and much of our pedagogical activities take place outdoors, both in the yard and in the forest. You should have good collaboration skills, be service-oriented, and work with quality awareness toward children, colleagues, and guardians. You should be able to express yourself very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
We offer wellness benefits, educational meals, and work clothes for outdoor use. Professional development is ongoing. We partially collaborate with our "sister preschool" in Marnäs.
