Licensed Preschool Teachers for Smaragden and Humlan Preschools About the Position We are now seeking an engaged and licensed preschool teacher for our Smaragden preschool. Haga Förskolor operates four preschools: Juvelen, Smaragden, Kotten, and Humlan. Juvelen is located in Ullstämma, Smaragden at T1, Kotten in Lambohov, and Humlan in Malmslätt. Our pedagogical focus is science, technology, and mathematics. We want to give all children the opportunity to develop curiosity, interest, and understanding within these areas of knowledge. Through an exploratory approach, we create conditions for children to investigate, ask questions, test ideas, and develop their abilities. We believe that all children can develop when they meet challenges at the right level and with the right support. The preschool curriculum permeates our entire education and teaching. We offer an activity where care, development, and learning form a whole, and where children's needs, experiences, and interests are at the center. By allowing children to discover and explore their world together with present and co-researching educators, we lay the foundation for lifelong learning. Education should be fun, safe, accessible, and educational for all children. During parts of the day, we work with children in smaller groups. This provides good opportunities to adapt teaching to children's different needs, conditions, and experiences. The approach also creates conditions for children to build relationships, feel security and belonging, and learn from and with one another. We want to help children discover their strengths, become aware of their possibilities, and develop confidence in their own abilities. Days include both planned and spontaneous teaching, indoors as well as outdoors. Activities, play, movement, recovery, and rest are adapted to children's individual needs. Your Assignment As a preschool teacher, you have a special responsibility for ensuring that teaching is planned, implemented, documented, followed up, and developed in accordance with the preschool's curriculum.
