This requires that everyone on the team participates in active discussion about children's learning and what constitutes important knowledge today and in the future. The preschool works systematically and purposefully to create alignment around our mission according to the curriculum and education act. We work in the documentation tool Unikum where we provide guardians with the opportunity for participation and influence. Here you have the opportunity to develop and grow as a preschool teacher. We offer mentor support for newly qualified preschool teachers and work according to a career ladder to offer career opportunities as a preschool teacher. Your Profile We are looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher. Experience working in preschool is a merit, e.g. with systematic quality work, diversity, and children's language development. About the Department We teach children to read, count, and discover the world around them. Here we follow our youngest municipal residents from preschool until they graduate from upper secondary school. Through our adult education, you can learn Swedish as a second language, take individual courses, or pursue longer education. With joy, commitment, participation, and on a scientific basis, we want to increase knowledge, creativity, development, and the desire to learn.
