We are now seeking a preschool teacher for one of our 1-5 year old departments for a temporary position.
Korsängens preschool is newly built and located in a forest-adjacent area in Alunda. We have a varied outdoor play area with an enclosed forest section and facilities that inspire play and development. The preschool consists of three blocks where two departments for children ages 1-5 have close collaboration. Each block has a large atelier. In the kitchen, our chef prepares meals from scratch, and we eat with the children in our beautiful dining hall.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
When you work as a preschool teacher with us, you are responsible for instruction as well as planning, reflection, evaluation, and documentation of the educational activities. You place the child at the center and contribute ideas that can develop our preschool. Our goal is for all of our children to have good conditions to meet the challenges and opportunities of the future.
At Korsängens preschool in Alunda, you will have the opportunity to be part of an operation where safety and accessibility are central. Here you will meet colleagues who are passionate about children's development and learning. In the work team, we work together on a scientific basis, following the preschool's governing documents, the municipality's strategic goals, and our pedagogical annual cycle. We have close collaboration with a special educator and speech-language pathologist, and the principal is present in daily work as active support in the operation.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone who is certified or newly graduated as a preschool teacher and who has a strong interest in learning and developing together with the children and colleagues. Experience with similar work is meritorious, as well as if you have experience working with the "Før Bornholm Model" method.
We are seeking someone who wants to contribute to a work climate where care, development, and learning form a whole. Together with engaged colleagues, you drive development toward the preschool's set goals. We appreciate skills such as good collaboration, curiosity, and a willingness to contribute to good relationships. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
Our preschool is open between 6:00 AM–5:30 PM (if needed until 6:00 PM), and you need to be able to work during all of our operating hours according to schedule.
