About Us Rudalid Montessori Preschool was founded in 1988 and is operated as a parent cooperative on Lidingö. We have two departments with a total of 36 children. The preschool is located in an idyllic turn-of-the-century villa by Kyrkviken, surrounded by beautiful nature and next to a nature reserve. We are seeking an engaged preschool teacher with Montessori training who wants to be part of our team and contribute to children's learning and development. Qualifications: Certified preschool teacher Completed Montessori training Experience working in preschool activities with children ages 1-6 Strong communication skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious: AMI training Good knowledge of Tyra app Important Qualities: Passionate about educational matters and for the children Responsible and quality-conscious Flexible, engaged, and positive Good collaboration skills Other Information Employment Type: Permanent, with 6-month probation period Scope: 100% Start Date: August 2026, or by agreement Salary: Fixed salary.
