We are looking for a dedicated research coordinator who wants to contribute to strengthening and raising the visibility of research in Primary Care and Health in Region Uppsala. In your role as Strategic Research Coordinator at APC Research and Functional Disability Research, you will have a central position in creating good conditions for practice-based research. You will be part of a creative and knowledgeable team where collaboration, development and innovative thinking are in focus. Your Assignment As a Strategic Research Coordinator, you will have a key role in developing and strengthening the research environment in Primary Care and Health. You will work both strategically and operatively to promote practice-based research and development projects. You will drive initiatives that make research more visible within the administration and create engagement among both employees and residents. Your assignment includes, among other things: • participate in a working group to develop a strategy for research in primary care • support employees who want to plan and conduct research and development projects • collaborate with doctoral students, researchers, companies and operations • initiate and coordinate research-promoting activities such as seminars, methodology courses and networking meetings • provide expert knowledge on research matters • handle study registrations and research data extraction • collaborate with Uppsala University, other regions and operations within Region Uppsala. Your Qualifications We are looking for you who: • have a doctoral degree in an area relevant to the operations • have a degree in healthcare and clinical background and experience • have experience in planning, conducting and communicating research • have experience in teaching, mentoring or other knowledge dissemination Merits It is meritorious if you have experience in developing research environments or research-promoting activities and have experience in driving projects and coordinating activities between different stakeholders. We would like to see that you have knowledge of university healthcare units and the requirements placed on such operations. Our Operations The position is placed at APC Research and Functional Disability Research. The primary mission of the operations is to conduct research, promote research and disseminate knowledge from research. Primary Care and Health is a university healthcare unit according to the national and local ALF agreement. This means that the administration's core activities should, in addition to healthcare, conduct clinical research and education as well as knowledge application and knowledge dissemination for the development of healthcare. Within APC Research and Functional Disability Research, research coordinators, research nurses and university lecturers with combined positions work.
