Background At the Department of Behavioral, Social and Legal Sciences (BSR), education is offered at both basic and advanced levels in social work, criminology, psychology, and law. BSR also conducts outstanding research and doctoral education. We are now seeking a research assistant for an ongoing research project in social work. The research project is "Children's and parents' experiences of participation in family-based treatment of anorexia nervosa," which is part of the larger research project VISAN—coordinated care pathways for young people with anorexia nervosa and related conditions. Responsibilities As part of the research project, we have conducted an interview study with staff in the care pathway for young people with anorexia nervosa, and the data has now been analyzed. The research assistant will be responsible for completing the manuscript and submitting it for publication in the British Journal of Social Work, as well as being the primary contact for any revisions following the peer review process. Within the research project, we have also begun a systematic review, and the research assistant will work together with the principal researcher using the Covidence program to select studies for inclusion in the systematic review and conduct a thematic synthesis of these according to Thomas & Hardy (2008). Qualifications You must have a master's degree in social work with completed course requirements of at least 240 credits, of which at least 60 credits are at the advanced level. You must be a licensed health and care counselor (Hälso- och sjukvårdskurator). Experience with family-based treatment for anorexia nervosa is a merit.
