We are looking for a dedicated Sales Leader for Merchandise Flow at Coop! About the role As Sales Leader for Cheese & Deli, you will be a key person in our store team. With a focus on organization & orderliness, shelf management, and efficient merchandise flow processes, you ensure that our customers experience a store climate that is always Full, Fresh, and Fronted. You work actively toward set goals, monitor key metrics, and drive continuous improvements within your area of responsibility. The role involves both responsibility and variety — from team leadership and coaching of staff to planning, ordering, and administration. Your work shifts are primarily scheduled for mornings and late mornings, and you report directly to the Merchandise Flow Manager. Your work tasks include, among others: Ensure high-quality service and warm reception for our members and customers Team leadership and coaching Team pickup and leadership in management's absence Ordering, self-inspection, and price management Sales planning, follow-up, and assortment development based on local market Minimize waste and optimize routines Audits, planograms, and category initiatives Administration and daily store operations You are a role model on the shop floor and work according to Coop's vision "Sweden's most important consumer force" and our member promise "Together we give every member more."
