We, who together run the store, consist of around 40 employees plus a number of additional part-time staff. Have a coaching and supportive approach towards your colleagues. Are thorough, organized and demonstrate clear customer service awareness. In your role as Sales Manager for Dairy, you will have many varied tasks; everything from purchasing, planning, sales and follow-up, to being responsible for personnel and leading and allocating work. You will have focus and specialized expertise regarding dairy and shall ensure that the development and operations of the department are conducted in an efficient and professional manner. Previous experience and training in dairy we consider very meritorious, but finding the "right person" is possibly even more important. The position is a permanent employment at 35 h/week with start date by agreement. We apply a trial period. Working hours are scheduled for daytime, evening and weekends.
