In your role as sales manager for checkout, you will work in the checkout line and become an important part of the store's operations. We're looking for someone who feels compelled to ensure customers receive the industry's best customer service and that the checkout line always maintains the highest quality. It's therefore important that you enjoy working at a fast pace and feel comfortable handling stressful situations. The work as sales manager involves a certain level of management responsibility, though not personnel responsibility. You are responsible for the checkout's function and appearance around the checkout line. You will be the face of the store and professionally provide our customers with the best service while spreading joy and energy. We see that you are a team player of the highest caliber, ambitious, have a knack for building long-term customer relationships, and have the ability to inspire customers' purchasing enthusiasm.
You will also work with all the common tasks in the store, such as:
Working in the checkout
Stocking items on shelves and facing
Building displays on sales floors and end caps
Working with inventory and waste management
Conducting self-checks
Keeping the store clean and tidy
Previous extensive experience in service and leadership is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is just as important to us at Coop.
This is a permanent position of 30 h/week with start date by agreement. We apply a probationary period. Working hours vary with day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend. Recruitment is ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
