We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager responsible for the grocery department at Coop Backaplan Saluhall Do you want to be part of creating a store where customers are always greeted by a fresh, inviting, and well-stocked environment? About the Role As a Sales Manager, you will become a key person in our store team. With a focus on organization & order, shelf management, and efficient product flow processes, you ensure that our customers experience a store environment that is always Full, Fresh, and Fronted. You actively work toward established goals, monitor key metrics, and drive continuous improvements within your area of responsibility. The role offers both responsibility and variety — from team supervision and coaching to planning, ordering, and administration. Your tasks will include, among other things: Ensuring high-quality service and a warm reception for our members and customers Team supervision and coaching Team leading and leadership during management absence Ordering, self-inspection, and price management Sales planning, follow-up, and assortment development based on local market Minimizing waste and optimizing procedures Revisions, planograms, and category initiatives Administration and daily store operations You are a role model on the shop floor and work according to Coop's vision "Sweden's most important consumer force" and our member promise "Together we give every member more." We apply a probationary period. Working hours vary and are distributed across daytime and evening shifts as well as weekends.
