About the role as Sales Manager
As Sales Manager, you are responsible for ensuring optimal sales and operations across the store's departments. You also serve as Acting Store Manager during the regular Store Manager's absence. You are responsible for short-term staffing and lead the store team to ensure good operational standards. Together you present a well-stocked and well-fronted store every day.
We are looking for someone who is driven by continuous development, taking on greater responsibility, and making an impact through your leadership. For the right person, there are good opportunities to grow further within the organization over time.
This is a permanent full-time position. The team consists of a Store Manager, a Sales Manager, and 5 sales associates.
Are you the one we're looking for?
You have a high school diploma and relevant retail industry experience. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have good IT skills. If you also have education in retail operations, as well as previous experience with personnel and profit responsibility and knowledge of basic retail economics, this is a plus.
