About the Sales Manager Position
As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for ensuring optimal sales and operations across the store's departments. You also serve as Deputy Store Manager in the absence of the regular Store Manager. You are responsible for short-term staffing and lead the store team to ensure good operational standards. Together, you present a well-stocked and well-merchandised store every day.
This position is a full-time temporary role for 6 months. The team consists of one Store Manager, one Sales Manager, and 12 Sales Associates.
Are You the One We're Looking For?
You have completed upper secondary school and have relevant industry experience. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have good IT skills. If you also have training in store operations, previous experience with personnel and profit responsibility, and knowledge of basic retail economics, that is a plus.
