ICA Store Consultant develops and delivers services to Maxi, Kvantum, Supermarket, and Nära with a focus on customer needs and store profitability. We are now seeking a Sales and Operations Consultant with a focus on Food and Restaurant who wants to be part of developing the future of meal offerings in stores.
About the role as Sales and Operations Consultant
You will support ICA store owners and internal interfaces on a consulting basis in their journey toward a more efficient and profitable store, with particular focus on food, meal, and restaurant offerings. You are responsible for sales, delivery, and competency development, and you ensure that the store's offering within prepared food, manual food preparation, and meal solutions is relevant, inspiring, and profitable.
You have personal responsibility for sales, delivery, and your own competency development. The role is evaluated based on the impact created in stores, store satisfaction, and financial results.
You are part of a regional team with broad expertise where you collaborate with colleagues in areas such as profitable sales, leading store operations, staffing, and system support. Together, you contribute to developing ICA stores' business and profitability.
What you will do
In this role, you work closely with store teams to develop and optimize the food and restaurant business. You drive operational improvements, develop assortments and concepts based on customer needs and profitability, and coach and train employees and leaders in stores. You are an active part of a regional team where you collectively contribute analysis, benchmarking, operational coaching, and development of effective working methods. You are evaluated on results in stores, customer satisfaction, and economic impact.
What happens next?
Work location
The primary work location is the South region, but your primary working time will be spent in our stores. Company car available.
Employment type
Permanent employment with six months probation. Start date by mutual agreement.
