As an Insurance Advisor in Borgholm, you work meeting and serving our customers both through personal visits to the office and via our digital channels. A large part of your daily work involves receiving customers who visit us in person, where with attentiveness and commitment you help them find the right insurance solutions based on their needs. At the same time, you have daily contact with both existing and prospective private customers through our digital platforms, which enables you to quickly and smoothly provide advice, answer questions, and present our products. Your task is to create a safe and positive customer experience, whether the meeting takes place in person in Borgholm or digitally. Creating and maintaining personal and trusting relationships with people in your environment comes naturally to you. To thrive in the role as an Insurance Advisor, you need to be able to work both independently and in a team to best help the customer who calls or comes into the office. During peak periods we have high phone traffic, so it is important that you can deliver good service even when the work pace picks up. You can communicate fluently in Swedish and handle English well. You also need to be comfortable working in various IT systems and digital tools. This is a temporary position at 100% with placement at our office in Borgholm. Start date is by agreement, but as soon as possible.
