You handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, as well as work with administration, processing, and follow-up of customer cases. You guide customers through various issues, ensure they receive the right help, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Start date for the position is immediate. Qualifications and Characteristics As a person, you are communicative, independent, driven, and solution-oriented. You enjoy providing advice and customer contact via phone combined with administrative work and the opportunity to analyze and understand each individual case. You are results-focused and thrive working toward clear goals. In your role, you will work closely with your colleagues, so we see that you value good teamwork. It's important that you place great emphasis on working in a structured manner and seeing the bigger picture in every customer conversation. It's an advantage if you have previous experience working in the insurance industry or as a customer service representative.
