Job Responsibilities Your main responsibilities as a land surveyor will include: As a land surveyor, you will: Conduct land surveying procedures Investigate and manage real estate legal matters Work with property formation and contribute to sustainable societal solutions Provide advice to both internal and external stakeholders Ensure that work complies with applicable legislation You manage your own cases from start to decision and play an important role in dialogue with property owners and other stakeholders. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has higher education in surveying with a focus on real estate law. A degree from this education is required. Has knowledge of real estate law, current legislation, and public administration. Experience as a land surveyor is meriting, as many of the procedures are complex within the authority We are also interested in recently graduated candidates. Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, you are meticulous, analytical, and have a good ability to communicate complex legal matters in a clear and understandable way. You are also results-oriented and have a genuine interest in sustainable societal development and improving our citizens' quality of life.
