About the Company Our client in the concrete industry needs to expand their workforce and is seeking new team members for their carpentry shop. The workplace is located in Falkenberg Municipality. What Does the Role Offer? Work as a formwork carpenter involves building, assembling, and adapting molds for the manufacturing of prefabricated concrete elements. You work from blueprints and are responsible for ensuring that the molds maintain the correct dimensions and quality prior to casting. You also prepare the molds by installing details that will be cast into the concrete, such as openings, fasteners, and other components. In this work, you use both hand tools and various machines to process and adapt materials, making the job varied and efficient. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in formwork construction, carpentry, construction, or other practical craft work. If you have previously worked as a formwork carpenter, that is a plus, but we also welcome applicants with experience from similar roles where blueprint reading, precision, and practical work have been a natural part of your daily tasks. As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and quality-conscious. You have practical skills and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others. You are solution-oriented, have an eye for detail, and contribute to good teamwork.
