We are now recruiting for our client Gislaved Gummi AB an engaged form changer who wants to help ensure efficient, safe and quality-driven production. With them you will have a key role where your technical expertise makes a difference every day. About the role; As a Form Changer you are an important technical resource in production. You are responsible for ensuring that machines and processes function optimally by performing form changes, startups and adjustments as well as supporting operators in their daily work. When challenges arise, you are the one who analyzes, troubleshoots and finds solutions. You contribute with your knowledge, create conditions for high quality and drive continuous improvements in production. The role also includes preparation and maintenance of molds as well as working according to 5S and applicable procedures. We are looking for you who; Have a strong technical interest and enjoy working in a role where problem-solving is central Enjoy working independently while also liking to collaborate with others. Are thorough, responsible and quality-conscious.
