About the Business Kry Corporate is part of Kry, which is experiencing strong growth. We work with B2B, insurance companies, and corporate health services. Our operations span from Malmö in the south to Kiruna in the north. We are now developing our occupational health services in the Uppsala area and are seeking an occupational health nurse/coordinator. About the Role As a corporate nurse at Kry, you will support company management, supervisors, contact persons, and employees based on your professional expertise. You will act as a support and advisor on health and workplace environment matters to managers and employees at our client companies, with responsibility for planning and implementing interventions at our clients. You will be part of a team of professional consultants with medical, technical, psychosocial, organizational, and administrative expertise, while also enjoying independent work. Work will take place at several different geographical locations. Your responsibilities will include: Health examinations - statutory and general Vaccinations Corporate health clinic services Rehabilitation work and training initiatives Client responsibility for certain client companies Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a corporate nurse or registered nurse, preferably with experience in occupational health. You have a business-minded and consultative approach with a focus on customer value and satisfaction in a sales-oriented organization. You also have a health-promoting perspective and a genuine interest in people, their health, and work environment. You should enjoy working consultatively, be skilled at building relationships, be confident and independent, and enjoy collaborating in teams with other professionals such as other nurses, physicians, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral specialists, occupational health engineers, and administrators. We place great importance on your personal qualities. We prefer candidates who are comfortable working in a private operation and have a business-minded approach in your professional role. You are organized and have strong IT skills. Proficiency with the Office suite is essential for working with us. Qualifications & Attributes Licensed corporate nurse or registered nurse with extensive experience in occupational health services. Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are advantageous. Strong technical skills. You are flexible, driven, and professional in your interactions, prioritizing the patient first. You have strong collaboration skills and are responsive to both colleagues and patients.
