We are now seeking an occupational health nurse positioned at our Sandviken office, with assignments at other occupational health units, primarily in Hofors, which also includes work-related travel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Beyond your nursing role, all staff members at occupational health Region Gävleborg serve as occupational health consultants. You will support our clients in systematic occupational health management and work in a multiprofessional team. Your responsibilities include assignments at individual, group, and organizational levels from a health-promoting, preventive, and rehabilitative perspective. Key aspects of our work include a holistic approach and a consultative manner. The work is varied, where you will support managers and operations with occupational health matters.
As an occupational health nurse and occupational health consultant with us, you will work with

• statutory medical examinations
• screening consultations
• work-directed rehabilitation and job accommodation services
• occupational health risk assessments
• occupational health training programs

QUALIFICATIONS
You are a flexible person interested in creating opportunities and development together with others. Teamwork requires collaboration skills, humility, and engagement. You should have an interest in systematic occupational health management and how you can support managers in operations in a health-promoting, preventive, and rehabilitative manner. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
In your role as an occupational health nurse, you should
• be a licensed nurse
• hold a valid B driver's license.
For this position, it is meritable if you have occupational health nursing training, experience working in a consultative manner, and previous experience in occupational health services. Background as a district nurse is also considered meritable. It is important that you have an interest in working comprehensively as an occupational health consultant in addition to your nursing duties.
Interviews are scheduled for week 34.
