Responsibilities
This is a new role where you will conduct proactive B2B sales, be active in local networks, create new business opportunities, and increase brand visibility locally. You will manage and drive the entire sales process, from prospecting new customers and developing existing ones, conducting customer meetings, preparing quotations and contracts, to delivery and follow-up. The role offers great freedom with responsibility, and you will also have the opportunity to shape and develop the role over time. You will be part of both the local sales team and Motor Trend's corporate sales team. Together with corporate sales representatives from our other facilities, you will contribute to knowledge sharing, coordination, and development of our corporate business while working toward both shared and individually set goals.
Profile
We are looking for someone who is business-minded and structured, with an excellent ability to build trust and create long-term collaborations. We see that you are driven and goal-oriented, and understand the importance of working proactively.
We primarily value your personal qualities and previous sales experience, preferably from proactive sales activities. If you have previously worked as, for example, a Key Account Manager or similar, we see that as positive, but above all it is your ability to meet customers and understand their needs that we value. Product training on Toyota's wide range of models will be provided at our facility.
To succeed in this role, you must have good knowledge of Swedish and English, good computer skills, and a valid B driver's license. A company car is included.
Working hours are weekdays 8-17, but evening and weekend work may occur at events, for example.
This is a full-time position, permanent. The work location will be by agreement at one of our offices in Mariestad, Lidköping, or Skara.
