About the Operation Regionhälsan is Region Västernorrland's and Sundsvall Municipality's occupational health service with a mission to provide expert support in systematic occupational health management, work-oriented rehabilitation, and to describe the connection between work environment, organization, productivity, and health. The operation consists of just under 30 employees with offices in Sundsvall, Sollefteå, and Örnsköldsvik. We are now seeking an occupational physician to join us. As a physician at Regionhälsan, you will have a varied role. The work takes place both independently and in multidisciplinary teams with the aim of supporting managers and employees in systematic occupational health management and work-oriented rehabilitation. You will also share responsibility for developing the operation's methods and service offerings. With us, you will be part of a profession with experienced colleagues. Work tasks are often in short intensive periods primarily at the individual level and also occur at group and organizational levels where training components may be included. We meet our clients both physically and digitally, which takes place primarily at the consultant's placement location. Travel between the operation's offices occasionally occurs. Regionhälsan offers competency development when needed regarding relevant training, for example to achieve the additional specialization in occupational medicine. Working hours are office hours with flexibility. This position is a permanent employment with start date October 1, 2026, or by agreement.
