Supporta Omsorg Akut HVB is licensed for 7 placements. Girls and boys aged 17-20 with substance abuse, often in combination with mental health issues, neuropsychiatric functional limitations, and criminal backgrounds. About the Role As facility director at Supporta Omsorg, you have overall responsibility for driving and developing our operations. The role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, operational leadership, and strong knowledge of the Social Services Act (SoL). Your primary task is to ensure a safe, legally sound, and evidence-based care environment for our residents. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead and Inspire: You have personnel responsibility and coach your team toward common goals through present and unpretentious leadership. Quality Assurance & Documentation: You are responsible for ensuring that all documentation complies with IVO regulations and that operations meet the requirements of SoL and LVU. Scientific Foundation: You implement and ensure the use of scientifically proven methods (e.g., CBT, MI, low-affective interaction) in daily work. Collaboration: You maintain and develop good cooperation with social services, guardians, schools, and other external stakeholders. Operations Development: You identify development needs and drive improvement projects so that Supporta Omsorg stays at the forefront in terms of quality and innovation. Management on-call duty between 16:00-08:00 certain weeks is included in the position. Your Profile We are looking for someone who wants to be a role model. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to create engagement and pride in a team. Requirements for the position: Education: You must have an academic degree of at least 180 credits in social work or other higher education that IVO considers relevant for a facility director position. Experience: Documented experience of leadership in HVB or similar care form, as well as qualified treatment work. Legislation: Very good knowledge of SoL, LVU, and related legislation. Personality: You are structured, communicative, and have strong personal integrity. You see solutions where others see obstacles and always act from a sound value base.
