About the job Would you like to be part of Adonia Omsorg's expansive journey within LSS in Western Sweden? Since 2013, Adonia Omsorg has provided services including supported living, protected housing, family homes, HVB (youth care homes), and supported accommodation. We operate in Gothenburg, Borås, and Uddevalla, among other locations. In recent years, the company Steget Vidare has also joined the group. Adonia Omsorg LSS has been established in Alingsås Municipality, Sollebrunn, since 2025, where we are launching our first group home and renovating our next facility, as well as planning our own daily activities program in the area. The manager we are seeking will also be responsible for launching the next LSS residential facility. As manager of the Erskavägen group home, you have direct responsibility for the LSS operations, which includes leading and planning daily work, maintaining the budget provided by the area manager, overseeing recruitment, workplace environment, and ensuring high quality. You manage resource planning for your operations and prepare efficiently for new assignments as well as the closure of existing ones. For this, you have the support of scheduling coordinators to change and maintain value-creating and cost-effective staffing. As manager of Erskavägen, you work together with support pedagogues to ensure that social documentation, implementation plans, and monthly reports to case managers maintain high quality. You are the primary ambassador for your own operations, maintaining regular and close contact with residents at the facility while also collaborating effectively with case managers and other partners. You establish and maintain good contact with family members when needed. Work as a manager in a smaller company is varied and requires the ability to switch between strategic and operational matters. Flexibility, independence, and strong collaboration skills are essential. Working unpretentiously and goal-oriented is crucial for us to succeed in our mission to make a difference for our residents. As a manager, you and your area manager and other leaders in the company are prepared and willing to work close to residents when needed and always solve tasks as smoothly as possible. The manager is based in the operations, as Adonia Omsorg prioritizes quality and continuity in our services. As a manager, you report to the area manager of Adonia Omsorg LSS. As the area expands, there is an opportunity for you to serve as a license holder and participate in establishing new units. We prefer that you live in the Sollebrunn area, as we prioritize management close to operations. You are a reliable leader with appropriate qualifications for the position and 2-4 years of documented experience from social work in a leadership role. You are an administrator who prioritizes quality. You are attentive and provide guidance to your work team. Running a group home is teamwork, where you and your team provide good care for our residents, in all that entails. We offer flexible work with many benefits, external supervision, and training.
