About Österby Residential Care Österby Residential Care is part of the Österbygruppen, a group consisting of five residential treatment facilities in the psychiatry sector. Our target population consists of adults with mental health disabilities, primarily psychotic disorders. Some also have co-occurring substance abuse issues. Job Description As Facility Manager for Österby Residential Care, you will have overall managerial responsibility. You will plan, develop, and lead the operations in accordance with current legislation, goals and guidelines, and within the given budget. You will be supported by a stable, open, and positive team. We have a well-established work model, but you will still have some freedom in shaping the operations. For this reason, we place great emphasis on personal qualities such as independence, ability to collaborate, and initiative. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a degree in social work, behavioral science, nursing, or another academic degree of at least 180 credits (120 credits under the previous system) that the employer considers equivalent. You should have experience working in this field. Personal suitability is given great weight. Work Hours and Terms Scope: 100% permanent employment following a 6-month probationary period. Approval as a facility manager by the IVO (Inspection Board for Care Institutions) is a requirement for permanent employment. A certificate from the criminal record and suspicion register will be requested. A Class B driver's license is required. Working hours are daytime, Monday through Friday. On-call duty is required approximately every 9 weeks. Start date and salary by agreement.
