About Us
Eken Falköping is a specialized residential facility located by the airfield. The operations focus on individuals with psychiatric issues, often in combination with other functional limitations such as personality disorders, intellectual disabilities, neuropsychiatric conditions, or substance abuse.
Your Responsibilities
As Manager/Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up on, and evaluating care measures. You are also an important part of the facility's and your colleagues' professional development, as you will train and mentor care personnel when needed. You will also play an active role in management, working closely with the Unit Manager who leads and develops the operations. You will participate in the facility's management and in a network of nurses within Humana.
You will primarily work with:
- Independent assessments, medical treatments, and care interventions
- Managing and following up on documentation and incidents
- Being present during the admission of new clients and overseeing the delegation of healthcare tasks
- Leading care personnel in healthcare work
In your role as Manager, you will lead the work in the facility together with the Unit Manager. The Unit Manager distributes work tasks.
About the Employment
- Working hours and full-time equivalent: Daytime, 100%
- Employment type: Permanent position; we apply a six-month probationary period
- Salary: Salary is negotiated according to agreement, and other compensation is provided according to collective agreement
- Start date: According to agreement

- Be a licensed nurse
