Supporta Omsorg Ånnerud HVB is licensed for 8 places. Girls and boys aged 16-20 with substance abuse and early-stage criminal behavior. Often in combination with mental health issues and neuropsychiatric functional impairments. About the Role As facility manager at Supporta Omsorg, you have overall responsibility for driving and developing our operations. The role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, operational leadership, and strong knowledge of social services legislation. Your primary task is to ensure a safe, lawful, and evidence-based care environment for our residents. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead and inspire: You have personnel responsibility and coach your team toward common goals through present and unpretentious leadership. Quality assurance & Documentation: You are responsible for ensuring all documentation complies with IVO's regulations and that operations meet the requirements of the Social Services Act and Youth Care Act. Scientific foundation: You implement and ensure the use of scientifically proven methods (e.g., CBT, MI, low-arousal approaches) in daily work. Collaboration: You maintain and develop good cooperation with social services, guardians, schools, and other external stakeholders. Operations development: You identify development needs and drive improvement projects to ensure Supporta Omsorg remains at the forefront of quality and innovation. On-call management between 4 PM–8 AM certain weeks is included in the position. Your Profile We are looking for someone who wants to be a role model. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to create engagement and pride in a team. Requirements for the position: Education: You must have an academic degree of at least 180 credits in social work or other higher education that IVO considers relevant for management of residential youth care. Experience: Documented leadership experience in residential youth care or similar care settings and qualified treatment work. Legislation: Excellent knowledge of the Social Services Act, Youth Care Act, and related legislation. Personality: You are structured, communicative, and have strong personal integrity. You see solutions where others see obstacles and always act based on sound values. Driver's license (Category B) Why Supporta Omsorg? Supporta Omsorg is an experienced care provider active for 12 years, and we are now launching new operations such as Supporta Omsorg Ånnerud HVB. We have a care chain consisting of: foster homes, outpatient services, supported housing, treatment units, and acute residential youth care with around 40 employees distributed across 4 locations.
