Brandt Bil is now seeking a personal service technician for its facility in Lidköping. As a personal service technician, you will primarily work with Renault vehicles and become an important part of the customer's entire service experience. The role combines qualified technical work with customer contact, where you have the opportunity to both solve problems and build long-term customer relationships. About the Position As a personal service technician at Brandt Bil, you will primarily work with servicing, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Renault passenger cars. You will also have close contact with customers and be responsible for creating a safe and professional experience throughout the workshop visit. The role involves planning and executing work in a structured manner and ensuring that vehicles maintain high quality when they leave the workshop. You work both independently and together with experienced colleagues, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As a personal service technician, you will also have the opportunity to continuously develop your knowledge through training and skills development in Renault products and the latest vehicle technology.
