We are looking for a vehicle technician in Karlstad! Brandt Fordon is seeking a dedicated and experienced vehicle technician who wants to contribute to the continued development of our operations. Brandt Fordon was founded in 1929 by Stanley Brandt and is one of Sweden's first Volvo dealers. Over the years, the family business has grown and today consists of the parent company Brandt Bil and subsidiaries Brandt Personbilar AB, Brandt Fordon AB, Brandt Lastvagnar AB, and Brandt Båt AB. The group has 34 facilities in 26 locations and employs approximately 800 employees. About the role: As a vehicle technician at Brandt Fordon, you will have an important role in daily workshop operations. The focus is on service, troubleshooting, and repair of Ford vehicles, where quality, precision, and customer focus are central. Your responsibilities will include: Service and preventive maintenance of passenger cars. Diagnostics and troubleshooting using modern technology. Repair and correction of mechanical and technical faults. Work with digital diagnostic systems and specialized tools. Collaboration with colleagues to ensure efficient workflows and high customer satisfaction. Brandt Fordon is looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a genuine interest in vehicles. Professional conduct and a willingness to continue developing within new technology are highly valued. Qualifications Vehicle technical education or equivalent experience. At least two years of experience working as a vehicle technician or mechanic. Class B driver's license. Good computer skills and experience with digital workshop systems. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional information The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period.
