We are now seeking a Vehicle Coordinator for the Technology and Logistics (ToL) unit in Kålltorp. About the Position As a Vehicle Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and carrying out daily work related to Rescue Service Storgöteborg's vehicles. You work with planning and monitoring service, repairs, inspections, transportation, and other vehicle-related activities to ensure that vehicles are traffic-safe, operationally reliable, and available for operations. The role involves many points of contact and you serve as an important link between users, workshops, suppliers, and internal functions. Work tasks are varied and include both administrative and practical elements. Example of Work Tasks Coordinate vehicle service, repairs, and inspections Handle vehicle-related administration and documentation Plan transportation and vehicle movements Collaborate with workshops, suppliers, and internal operations Monitor vehicle status and ensure good availability Perform minor practical measures and repairs as needed Participate in other work within the Technology and Logistics unit We are Looking for Someone Who Has Experience with planning, coordination, or administrative work Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems Basic technical understanding of vehicles Good ability to communicate and collaborate with different operations and external suppliers Ability to plan, organize, and drive work independently Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is Meritorious If You Have Experience with vehicle maintenance or workshop work Experience with logistics, preparedness, or operational activities Experience working with heavy vehicles Knowledge of vehicle equipment and vehicle processes Experience with vehicle administration and digital documentation Category C driver's license Personal Qualities As a person, you are communicative, responsible, and have a talent for collaborating with others. Work is conducted primarily during daytime hours. Travel within and outside the federation's geographic area occurs. With employment comes war placement at Rescue Service Storgöteborg and general military service obligation. This means you may be called upon for duty during heightened alert or war. Prior to employment, alcohol and drug testing will be conducted in accordance with Rescue Service Storgöteborg's policy and in collaboration with our occupational health service.
