Your Role as a Vocational Instructor In your role as an instructor, you will work within Adapted Gymnasium in the vehicle service and maintenance program. It involves teaching the knowledge needed to work in the industry. You will work in a team with forward-thinking energy and commitment, where together you will plan, deliver, and evaluate pedagogical instruction. You see yourself as part of a larger whole where everyone contributes to giving students the best opportunity to succeed in their studies, based on their individual circumstances. As a vocational instructor at adapted gymnasium with a focus on vehicle care and cargo handling, you ensure that the education best prepares students for future professional life. As a mentor, you are comfortable communicating with guardians and the networks around students. As a vocational instructor with us, you will teach your subjects but also provide support during other lessons. Your Profile As a person, you place learning and the student at the center, are flexible, and collaborate easily. You have the ability to inspire others and drive development within your area of expertise. You are attentive and adapt your methods and approach based on students' individual needs and circumstances. You communicate well in Swedish both verbally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. We place great importance on personal suitability.
