IT Change Manager for Defense Industry

Are you an experienced IT Change Manager who has worked in large organizations? Then you've found the right opportunity. Job Responsibilities You will work as a change manager within IT in the defense industry. The work takes place in close collaboration with other departments/units as well as with project managers and support functions. Your responsibilities include developing plans, materials, and documentation. You will help establish clear, purposeful, and sustainable change governance and ensure that operations develop in line with the company's strategic objectives. This is a consulting engagement for approximately 12 months. Location: Solna. Remote work: Yes, with some flexibility (in agreement with your direct manager). Requirements At least 9 years of experience in change management within IT initiatives in large organizations. Relevant education/certifications in change management, such as Prosci ADKAR or similar. Strong ability to build relationships at different levels in the organization and collaborate with multiple stakeholders (including project managers and support functions). Pragmatic approach and ability to balance between strategic perspective and operational execution, including developing plans, materials, and documentation. Ability to adapt scope and working methods based on the assignment's needs. Very strong Swedish and English language skills, both verbal and written.
