Change Management Leader

We are seeking a Change Management Leader for an exciting assignment Assignment Description We are looking for a change management leader for a strategic initiative focused on new channels, data, and AI. The organization is facing comprehensive business changes that impact many managers and employees. The assignment involves strengthening leaders' ability to guide people through change and ensuring that the transformation is implemented across the line organization. As a change management leader, you will coach leaders and line managers, develop practical tools, training materials, and decision-making resources, and strengthen the sponsor role at various levels in the organization. You will support managers in implementing the program's changes within their own operations, create employee engagement, and handle resistance and uncertainty constructively. The role also involves identifying and activating formal and informal change leaders, monitoring the progress of change, and managing change-related risks together with program management. The goal is for managers to feel confident in their change leadership, for change dialogues to occur closer to the business operations, and for the organization to strengthen its long-term capability to drive change. Qualifications: You are a senior change management leader with documented experience in complex business transformations affecting many people. You have experience working closely with management teams and leaders in change initiatives. You are experienced in providing sponsor support and coaching leaders in their role as change agents. You are confident in facilitating groups, creating alignment, and driving dialogue forward. You are skilled at handling resistance and building organizational engagement. You have experience developing change materials, establishing monitoring methods, and working systematically with risk management related to organizational change. You combine strategic vision with operational execution capability. You build change capability in others rather than taking over the change work yourself.
