Job Description We are seeking a change manager/transformation leader to support an organizational transition from PM3-based management governance to a product-centric model at a public authority in Västra Götaland. The organization is undergoing a transformation of its IT governance and management model. The new model involves changes in governance, financing, roles and responsibilities, collaboration and working methods. You will support the transformation from PM3 to a product-centric governance model, with a focus on establishing best practices, ensuring knowledge transfer and coaching key roles. Responsibilities Support management and key personnel in the transition work Establish new governance model, financing principles and portfolio management Ensure knowledge transfer and development of internal capability Coaching and support to key roles in leading within the new model Translate vision into concrete implementation plan Ensure impact and anchoring in the organization Mandatory Qualifications Multiple years of experience with PM3 in larger organizations Documented experience of replacing or changing established development and management models and supporting transition from management governance to product-centric governance Experience with product-centric models where governance, financing and responsibility have changed in practice Good understanding of the relationship between governance, organization, financing, architecture and working methods Experience working closely with both business management and IT leadership Experience with portfolio management, prioritization and financing principles Experience with change management where roles, responsibilities and mandates are affected Experience with knowledge transfer and competence development in organizations undergoing change Desirable Qualifications Experience from the public sector or politically governed organization Experience of transformations in collaborating organizations/operations Experience with SAFe, Lean, DevOps or equivalent working methods Experience establishing product ownership with clear mandate and responsibility Experience with value stream mapping, organizational design and business architecture Experience training and coaching managers, management teams Experience with benefit realization and results management in larger change initiatives Your Application Does this role sound interesting and suitable?
